Our little boy turned 2 months today! He was such a sweet little boy this morning and tonight--but this afternoon he had a little crying fit--probably just a little gas--but he just couldn't get comfortable (and he was making sure we knew). We bundled him up and went on a car ride (of course, Tiffany went too!). We took a drive to Starbucks and then to pick up Davenports pizza--Par watched the Christmas lights out the window and seemed very content. It wasn't until the ride home that he fell asleep.
His eating was a little tough today because of excess secretions--I'm not sure the cause, but he was definitely hungry but his mouth was already full of secretions so he didn't know what to do. After sucking on his pacifier, it seemed easier for him to swallow and by this afternoon he was eating much better. Please pray that he will continue to eat well.
Later, his Gigi came by delivering Christmas presents and Par was there to keep her lap warm. I am glad Gigi got to spend some time with him--and thankfully he had calmed down by that point.
We thank God each day for our little Par. And we thank you for your prayers for Par and his friends. We praise God that Ella's fever has gone and we ask Him for His healing hand so she may go home soon.
Love,
Liz, Rusty & Par
